In my schools, located in the inner city of Chicago, the school counselors, teachers, social workers have used this manual to assist their students problem solve issues as it emerges. Although, the manual is written by a school social worker and is addressed to this discipline it is user friendly to all the helping profession. Children school aged and older have benefited from this material.
