great book

this is a great book! the first time i read this book i was really happy because they give excellent diagrams and tips on how to do the trick well but safely. they even have a part about rhythmic gymnastics. so when i went to my gymnastics classes, i could already do the tricks that we were supposed to learn that day. i recommend this book to gymnasts level 3 and under.
