Thought Provoking

The first section of the book has several repetitive gambling stories. Get the to the last half of the book, and that is where the real story is, and the real thought provoking ideas are developed.

Courageous And Provocative

This book exceeded all of my expectations! I am not a gambler so that theme didn't interest me, but once I understood that the author was using games of chance as a metaphor for our lives, I started getting how really useful this book is and how his whole perspective is a strategy for finding good fortune. The author reveals a lot about himself, his own streaks of bad luck and good luck, and I could really relate his experiences to my own life. After finishing the book, I began to see -- and feel -- the circumstances of my life in a way that has proven really beneficial. I haven't won the lottery...okay, I broke down and bought a ticket...but that isn't what is important about this book. It's about understanding that life has patterns and rhythms and these can be shaped and manipulated by our intentions and our intuition. I highly recommend this book if you want a life changing experience!

If you're like me, you've had enough of books that sell the sizzle without the steak. This book by Randall Fitzgerald sizzles with the real stuff. There's no filler here. And once you get past that cheesy title--'Lucky You!'--the book delivers. For example, it gave me the information I needed to maximize and activate my own luck that first day I started reading it. I'm not saying I won the lottery, but I've begun to augment and recognize those moments of good fortune in my life--not only with regards to money, but in relationships, my work, and other areas of importance. I also appreciate how Fitzgerald's use of anecdotes both teach and inspire. Face it, this is exciting stuff to begin with, so it's a bonus that the book is a real page turner and so well organized. And if you're someone like me--who never considered himself to be very lucky in the first place--this book might get you to reconsider by using intuition, meditation, synchronicity and other "luck" tools on a daily basis as detailed in the book. I'm thankful I didn't wait another day to find this impressive work...and maybe you will be, too.

This book is a fast, fun, and interesting read...I could not put it down. Fitzgerald took a subject close to my heart after 30 + years of personal experience and research and actually included information new to me! In a time when so many feel burdened with obligations in the world, I think this book gives people a great sense of hope and optimism about their lives.
