just ok

I didn't get the hyper over this book. Maybe it was just the timing of reading it, as I have recently read several great books.

Thought provoking

This book drew me in and held me captive

Unexpected joy

I was surprised by how engrossed I became in this book. Good read for any woman who has ever been in a complicated sistuation. Has me contemplating the complexity of family dynamics.

Wait, what?

Easy read. Read it super quickly however the story line ponged from here to there, and the ending is just dumb.

A must read

So many twists and turns. It was hard to put down. Fantastic read!

Little Fires Everywhere is one of my top favorite books right now!

This book was amazing! There was so many twists and turns that I never saw coming, I couldn't put this book down

One of the top 20 books I’ve read!

An amazingly, complex, intertwined novel about family dynamics. LOVED THIS BOOK. I was so sad at the last few pages because I knew it was coming to an end. Wow. Just wow.

A fascinating read! We all have hidden layers, burdens, and back stories... and this novel paints a realistic and intricately blended portrait of how these secrets could play out.

I haven’t watched the series but did enjoy the book

Interesting story

I thought this book had a very interesting plot sprinkled with bits of mystery. Thoroughly enjoyed this. If you read it, you probably won’t like the Hulu series. They changed some things that I thought were very important to the story line.

Book club read

There was a lot of hype about this book on FB so we read it at book club. It was a bit disappointing mostly because the Moms failed to give their kids the attention they needed

Couldn't put this book down

What a great book! I was drawn to it because I had family who lived in Shaker Heights and the author's description was right on. Guess I'm not as fast a reader as some others but I was reading day and night to see what happened next. You could say the end is somewhat of a cliffhanger. Sure hope Celeste Ng is working on a sequel as I NEED to know what happened to Mia, Pearl, Mrs Richardson and her 3 kids.

This is a story of everyday people in their everyday lives.
