Ludzia covers the techniques by which this energy can be harnessed as well the devices which can harness this energy. With this book you can learn how to build a pyramid and an Orgone generator. It additionally discusses breathing techniques, meditation, and physical exercises. Leo Ludzia's writing style is reader friendly delivering a parcel of information in a concise, easy to read format that will give you plenty with which to experiment. This is a primer that can be expanded upon if you so desire with more specialized books, but it more than gives enough information on its own. LIFE FORCE is one of a very few books that covers the varieties of this subject and as such is a very valuable sourcebook to have.
