I like this book. I find it to be an encouraging book. I have used this book several times in one of my therapy groups. It is one of my group's favorite books. The pictures are quite soothing. I recommend this book!

Beautiful affirmations with glorious artwork

Taken together, Claudia Black's meditations and Laurie Zagon's artwork are beautiful, affirming, and therapeutic. Black's words are deceptively simple, and can be returned to again and again for reassurance and comfort, and Zagon's drawings are exquisite. A wonderful gift for anyone working through childhood issues.
