It's A Lot To Take In

A thick layer of steam feels the bathroom. The steaming hot water runs down my body burning my flesh. I feel sweat gathering on my forehead and pouring down my face along with the water; I let out a long shaky breath filling dizzy. . I scrub every inch of my body until its red and burning; in some places I see blood seeping out of my pours, but the weight of the past still lays heavy on my shoulders.I feel dizzy and my vision is in a blur as usual I feel like everything is spiraling out of control and down the drain. Nothing looks real. Welcome to depression!
