My Dream

Comments from Kurt Gillon: Great book, I have read several wealth, character building books authored by African American and this rates at the top. I passed it along to a friend who generally does not read financial books. She was happy that I forwarded her the book and is looking to apply the principles that you outlined.Again, great book.KPG

Thanks

Comments from Neeka: Investing the Dream is an excellent book, it answered so many questions for me. I'm only in my early twenties, but you have inspired me to get my financial house in order. I've read so many books on investing, but this one truly gives you a clear understanding on how to get started . Thanks so much! Date : 1/6/2000

Investing in the Dream

Comments from Earl Meiklejohn: Good day, Mr. Brown, I am currently residing in NYC and I had to opportunity to catch you on the radio this morning. I must commend you for your efforts in providing sound advice on financial success to our people as a whole. I agree with you on the fact that we are a very strong economical force. But we tend to put our money into too many material things that are not of importance. We are basically living for the moment. I too do my best in applying the principle of paying my self first. I figure that I work hard for my money, so I have to make it work hard for me too. Being Jamaican, I know what working hard is all about. I do my best to enlighten as many individuals that I come in contact with to put a little bit away for tomorrow. Keep up the good work and hopefully more of our people will start to come around before it is too late. Date : 1/23/2000

The African American Investor

I have just rec'd Investing In The Dream and think it is magnificent. I especially enjoyed how this book intertwined financial planning with African American lifestyles, issues and profiles. It gives hope and advice to the small investor as well as the more affluent investor. It even profiles the typical Black Millionaire Next Door.
