Loved it!!!

I bought this book for my 11 year old daughter. She loved it so much that she read the whole thing in a week! On our trip she would stop and read me stories. David Lubar has a way of intriguing and entertaining my daughter and that causes her to read more and watch less TV.

THIS IS AN ASOME BOOK AND YOU SHOULD DEFINATELY READ IT OR MAYBE JUST A STORY IN THE BOOK!! I HAVE READ THE WHOLE THING BUT I AM READING IT AGAIN!! I READ A STORY EVERY NIGHT ( MAYBE JUST PART OF A STORY)YOU SHOULD TOO!! IT GETS A LITTLE SCARY SOMEIMES BUT I READ IT TO MY YOUNGER SIBLINGS ALOT!! THE WRIGHTER GIVES ALOT OF INFORMATION AND DETAILS ABOUT THE CARACTERS AND ALL OF THE OTHER WILD THINGS IN THIS WONDERFUL BOOK!! HIS CREATIVITY IS THE BEST AND THATS WHAT MAKES THE STORIES SO MARVOLUSE AND FUN TO READ!! THE ATHORALSO HAS ANOTHER BOOK OUT CALLED THE INVASION OF THE ROAD WEENIES!! I LOVED THE BOOKS AND SO WILL YOU ADULT OR CHILD!! SO BUY THE BOOK(S) RIGHT HERE ONLINE!!

Please note that In the Land of the Lawn Weenies contains all the stories from my two previous Psychozone collections -- Kidzilla and Other Tales and The Witch's Monkey and Other Tales. If you plan to buy this book, you do not need to get the Psychozone books (unless you want them for the awesome cover art). Make kids cringe with a book of kid-horror that blows all other kid-horror away(maybe with Roald Dah

Mr. Lubar is no Mrs. Piggle-Wiggle, rather that gaining insight the protagonists here are more likely to get the axe. My students love the exploding cows and the dad who is a sudden self-amputee. Good messy fun. Oh, and by the way, all the kids that get it in the end are rather unpleasant to begin with.

This is one of the best books I've read in a long, long time. The stories are funny and scary at the same time. How does David Lubar write these kinds of stories? They're incredible!
