If You Tell Review

Although it was hard to read at times, due to the nature of the abuse, I couldn’t put this book down. It was well written and the details allow you to paint a picture in your head. I would recommend this to friends that are interested in true crime. I could hardly wait to see what was going to happen, and how it would end.

Wow, what a tragedy and story!!

This book was so good I read it twice and made sure to own a physical copy. I highly recommend this book for those who love true crime with psychological twists. The book is well written, detailed, and thorough. I was hooked on the case and story from the beginning.

Excellent read!!

I highly recommend this book to everyone who is interested in true crime. I feel like this case isn’t commonly known but it’s very disturbing. I love the emotional description from the children and the way they describe the experience. This book definitely invoked an emotional response when I read it. The author does an amazing job of describing the horrific details in this case.

Speechless

A tragic story surrounded by abuse. After reading this book, I appreciate the mother I have even more than I did before! It is very descriptive in some parts of the book.

Amazing story of what happens to children as their mother descends into mental illness. Those who enable it and those who live with it. Truly gutt wrenching as it is told by one of the girls who lived it.
