Excellent instructional booklet

I had the privilege of talking with Ms Brand through a friend that I had met online. She was so gracious to help me with some questions I had about some methods. Even retired and living in the northeast, she still has time for the novice question or two. The brown sugar butter cream fondant tastes exactly like the See's Candy Bordeaux. I now have all of her cookbooks and each one had been easy to use, well written and understandable even for a novice. Be aware that you will need to purchase some products from a professional supplier as they won't be available in the normal supermarket. Enjoy this book and have fun.
