Excellent!

Arrange your footwork, so force is emptied liked a swinging door. Each of the techniques is designed to be done in repetition, in a continueous cycle. Repeat in a series of five on A and five on B then combine A and B into five cycles. A: R punch from the L side. Pivot 90 CCW while stepping back into a L cover, R inward block, R side kick to groin, plant down in a horse sideways to opponent, r elbow smash, R chop to the groin. B:R Punch from L side: R cross step, R knife hand block and grab pulling opponent forward, step out into a horse with L foot, L to neck, R snap to groin, R punch to face. A:Right Punch from the L side: L reverse 45, R side kick to ribs, plant down, slide L to R, R round kick to groin, plant down, R heel of hand to sterum, L chop to throat, R punch to face. B:Left punch from the R side: From a horse, L inward block and crane grab the wrist, L side kick, double strike with L crane to ribs, L chop to ribs same place, R punch to face. A:Push from the R side: half turn Clock-wise, away from opponent, L outward block, L side kick to near leg, L side kick to far leg, two hand grab to head and smash into R knee. Upward block series: A: R punch from L side: L upward block, L reinforce elbow with shuffle to opponent's ribs, step in with R foot, R elbow and L grab to back to lead knee tack down, cover back into a horse. B: Left punch from R side: R upward block, step in with L foot (R cover), L punch to face, R step in, R upward elbow to chin, L & R punches to face, R step back, L snap kick to groin, plant forward into a horse, half turn CCW on R foot A: L side - R punch: L upward block and grab, R round kick to head, return to horse stance B: R side - L punch: R upward block, grab and step back into a R cover and L side kick plant down in horse, return to horse stance A. R punch from the front: Step back into a L cover, R upward block and R grab, L upcut to floating ribs, step in with L foot and L hand push down on the back of the shoulder moving opponent to the ground. B. R punch from the back: Pivot CW into a R cover 180 degrees, L upward block, R reverse punch to chin, two hand grab, R knee into Left ribs, R back of leg take down, remain in a R cover. C. R punch from the back: half turn CW into a horse, L upward block, L side kick, plant down slide R to L move to horse with L knee behind opponents R knee, L punch followed by L arm knocking opponent over; R knee shuffle 2 inches off ground, R punch
