Here's to You describes the activities of Percy O'Donnell while seeking evidence of car rebirthing scheme as he joins forces with Graham the crime king. He pokes his nose into all aspects of Graham's dealings. The figurehead of the enterprise, Tommy Graham, has recently joined a newly formed cartel to distribute drugs with Richard Gant and David Gibson (both criminals).
