Excellent way to introduce the world to very young children.

This book is an excellent, excellent way to introduce geography and the world to very young children. Before my son was 3 he could recognize Big Ben, Mount Fuji , the Alps, the Coliseum, the Pyramids, the Eiffel tower (and pointed it out when he first saw the Aristocats!), to name a few. Besides the landmarks, it provides an opportunity to discuss cultural differences and how wonderful and varied they are. Finding the "speckled feather" on each page is also fun. And of course, the twist at the end is great!!! It's one of our favorites.
