This book is beautifully written and very easy to read. I have referred to it often for life tips. With our hectic pace of life, these tools bring balance. It is so important to give our children skills on how to reduce stress and anxiety. A special challenge for me is finding the calm quiet place, but when I do take that time in my does indeed set the tone/pace and intentions for my day. Loved the information on creating ritual! Would make a perfect Mothers Day gift.
