Best book on whole-body health on the market!

This book is fantastic! I was looking for a book that was brief, told it like it was in layman's language, was simple to understand and implement, and that laid out a plan to follow for having good overall health. This book is IT, and it doesn't get any better than this one. What other health book have you seen that has humor as well as advice?! I highly recommend this book to anyone interested in their own health or that of a loved one.
