A "Been There, Done That" Perspective

The author, who wound up in the hospital from overachieving as a mom, musician, and minister's wife, knows what it's like to battle fatigue. She found out-the hard way-that we moms do have limits, and that our bodies and spirits need daily doses of rest. Without preaching or nagging, Worley does a great job of putting a mom's choices in perspective. By the end of the book, mothers (and other frazzled females) will realize that there are a number of ways we can say "no" without having our bodies do it for us first!
