H.G. discusses his version of socialism and how it can be applied.

When I was a kid, my father gave me a notebook and said This week, I want you to tell me what beauty is and the impact it has on your life. The next week, what is love, and so on and so on. Occasionally, he may have missed the mark. Either way, this explains the underlying themes of his books. He brings up practical alternatives to lifestyles. Another advantage is the description of the world and the time he lived in.
