A Kid's Review

This is one of my favorite books! It's the second book out of the "Fab Girl's Guides" series. It includes embarrassing stories, like the ones in the "Embarrassing Moments" section in the "Discovery Girls Magazine", they're always my favorite! What makes it even better is that if these "sticky situations" ever happened to you, this book includes plenty of ways to get out of it. Another thing I like about this book is seeing the diary entries and IMs by Dallas and Carmen. It's really interesting to see what's happening in their lives, and the whole book itself is interesting too!

Great Tips

The Fab Girls Guide to Sticky Situations is one of my favorites. It has so much stuff in it, that happens to girls all the time. You might not have known how to deal with Sticky Situations before that have happened to you...but that won't be a problem anymore, if you get "The Fab Girl's Guide to Sticky situations". So...are you stuck in a sticky situation, or have been through one before, but didn't know how to handle it? If yes, then I highly reccomend you get this book.

Great for Girls!

From a mother's perspective, this book is a great launch point for discussions. Girl drama starts at such a young age. My daughter and I spend a lot of time discussing how girls behave and what she would do in similar situations. I also like how she can look back over specific situations and read the advice given. It is as if she is discussing her problem - without having to talk about it. The book also reinforces the fact that these issues are happening to many girls. She is not alone.

My daughter loved this book, she found it very usefull information to help her deal with some real situations with friends and school. I highly recommend this book to anyone with a daughter.
