A lovely little book

This is a lovely book full of simple wisdom. For the ardent materialist it may not be ideal, but for those of us who have read a little on the subject of eastern philosophy, Gnostic traditions and mysticism, it presents many of the key ideas in an easily digestible form. The exercises are confronting and the style of writing both personable and easy. I enjoyed especially the no-nonsense approach of this little book to some of the great issues of mysticism and enlightenment.
