There are vast choices of recipes available in this book to fit your need of home cooking or entertaining guests. The more exotic Dim Sum recipes portion of the book provides more insights into traditional Chinese appetizers. The step by step pictured instructions gives an exceptional perspectives to the methodologies of Chinese cooking. Definitely a book worth buying.
