Excellent resource for group work

As a psychologist, I have used Daley's workbook over several years across several different types of dual diagnosis programs, and it is a wonderful resource. It covers almost all of the essential topics very effectively. It is easy to read and understand for a wide range of clients. The worksheets are perfect for a group setting. The sessions also are a great introduction for clients to further CBT. Another great advantage is that you can assign a session to a substitute and know that the content will be covered. This workbook is one of the three references that I keep at every site that I work. Highly recommended.
