O' Captain! My Captain!

I would recommend this book to anyone. The book has a flow, balancing friends, tragedy, family, school, and everyday life. Although few find this book a bore, I found it fast-paced and absorbing. This is a thrilling and entrancing piece of literature. -Timo

A great movie...

I did not get a chance to read the whole book but watched the movie. It is a movie that I would recommend to everyone I know. It is filled with real life lessons that change your life. Mr.Keating is played by Robin Williams and he does a wonderful job. He not only touches the heart of his students but also the watchers. We learn about Carpe Diem and how we should apply it in our lives in a safe way. Neil is an example of how tragic things can end when as a young student one tries to exercise Carpe Diem and deal with pressure from parents at the same time. Through the other students we can also get different points of views about Carpe Diem. The time frame is different and very well portrait with a mixture of great actors and music. One can relate to the actors in such a way that one becomes involved in their lives. Everyone should see the movie and learn to live life to the fullest.

It catches you by the heart...

It catches you by the heart. The author really makes you care for the boys in the book. You read about their dreams and just want them to come true. When they don't you just cry...Probably the best book I will ever read.(excuse me for my bad spelling,I'm from Sweden, ok..)

Poesis is the Key

One Reviewer of this book ended with: "The authorities win over the Society." Another ended with the question: "Will the Society survive in spite of authority?" My answer is a resounding YES! Why? Because Poetic License (free speech) and Poetic Justice (As You Like It) always triumphs in the end. Trust me :)

I though the book was a very entriging to read.

This book was a very good book it put things in a proportion that all people could realate to. I thought the book was also good because yet it was fiction it still gave a lot to learn from it. I would recommend this book to all ages.
