This book has become my constant companion. A comunication between myself and my spirit. I take it with me wherever I go and it literally never lets me down. I highly recommend it. I plan to try one of her other books next.

A wonderful, wonderful book for all incest survivors

I found this book at a thrift store for .99 cents; it's worth much, much more. This book really helped me get through a very difficult stage of the healing journey. Highly recommended

helps me know why

These meditations are precious. Though I've been in therapy for many years, read many books, I STILL wonder why I feel afraid, why I can't get mobilized, why I isolate, why groups frighten me, and so forth. My "why's" are being answered in a way that touches my very soul. It is extremely helpful. Highly recommended, very comforting.

Excellent Daily Reminders in Recovery

I highly recommend this book to all women survivors of sexual abuse. I am an atheist and have trouble finding non-God related meditations. This book has some references to God, but focuses on your thoughts and feelings. Each page seems like I wrote it myself.

I've struggled with incest issues for years, this book of meditations helps me on a day to day basis, whether I'm struggling or doing ok, would recommend to anyone with abuse issues.
