Acceptable should not be written in!

I am not sure why someone would rate this acceptable when it is written in. That is so disappointing. I am a teacher and would have liked to have made copies for students.

While I am happy with the book, I am unhappy with the condition. I do not think that a book written in is in good condition. It makes it hard to make copies and use them with my students. This information should have been disclosed.
