Reading Latin can be tough if the content is boring. This book combines the culture everyone loves with translation. Roman History and Mythology is the focus of this text. It is an 18 chapter Latin 1 textbook meant to follow a grammar curriculum of active voice, declensions 1-3, adverbs, prepositions, etc. This is a Cultural Based Latin text, which can be supplemented by grammar-translation methods or CI methods. In addition, the book is not meant to be a perfect Latin text. The main goal is a vocabulary building text with basic grammar, and traditional Classical Latin grammar was often simplified to make the text readable for elementary and middle school students.
