couldn't get any better for the history around the delta.

While this book is very similar to Hal Shels book it has some different information as well if you enjoyed Hal Shels book Daughtling on the Delta you will also enjoy this book, lots of good pictures and good information and is a good book to have if you are interested in the California Delta.
