This is the story of a house divided on itself. The burning flame of love is doused by the vapour of financial predicament when the husband lost his job and can no longer provide for his family. And as the wife take over the financial mantle, she also strips him of his status as the head of the family and things began to fall apart.

The children who witness their parents' passionate beginning struggles to understand the concept of love and marriage and think that wealth guarantees a lasting, successful and peaceful union. With this in mind, they set out on a quest to be rich and affluent sacrificing everything in their way, but soon realise that wealth may demands a very steep price, one that even the poor might be unwilling to pay.
