This is a pretty complete recipe book for the outdoor cook of moderate experience. It is very helpful with dutch oven recipes, but you do have to know how to use the dutch oven first, its not really a beginner's guide. However, the recipes are easy to use in the home kitchen, and I'd recommend having this book for a pretty wide range of fun and useful recipes.
