Scott Wood has done what probably no one else could do as well. As someone who has worked within the antique trade for years, he has written an insider's view of the zany and off-beat world of collecting. Its an hilarious portrait that reads like a stand-up comics monologue. Unconventional and irreverent, Collecting Dust has to be one of the most unusual and, let us concede, one of funniest books of the year.
