Dry at times, but has useful info and exercises

I needed some CBT exercises and education since that is the primary modality where I currently work, and something that I will have to utilize at times in therapy due to my clientele. I found the text to be dry at times (you have to read it in chunks), but it provided some useful examples and exercises of how to help children cope with frustration and impulse management. I'm giving it 4 stars for the dryness, I don't think a text has to be dry to be educational. Otherwise, useful and worth getting.
