Excellent information; distilled; passionate; relevant then and now

This is one of many books by Edmond Szekely, a scientist who studied the healing techniques of the Essenes (that would be the tribe that Jesus was part of) in ancient books which Szekely was allowed to read in the Vatican. He then went on to test the ideas on tens of thousands of patients who visited his retreat in Baja California in the first half of the 1900s. He was advocating eating sprouts, getting sunshine daily and regular exercise almost 100 years ago, and the ideas are only more relevant in today's world. All of his books are worth reading, and the prices are kept low due quite intentionally by the dedication of the publishers at the International Biogenic Society (who are not online but do reply to snail mail). If you are looking for no-nonsense advice on healthy eating and habits, and have some interest in the science behind the advice, Szekely's books will be worth your time and money.
