A motivating and commonsense guide

Although I had only 25-pounds to lose--the middle-age spread--BodyLogic inspired me to take the appropriate steps. The Heatons' own inspirational stories, their recipes and explanations of why some bodies cannot metabolize properly if alcohol is consumed were the keys to my lifestyle change. BodyLogic works!

I have followed the advice in the book. Within a few days of eating more calories and more of the complex, power carbs, my energy increased significantly. The fatigue is gone. My activity breaks are much easier and I'm not hungry all the time. This is a concept that a person really has to experience to believe. I will never diet again.
