After a grueling mission in Iraq, US special government agent Sergeant Ed Miller is eager to visit Bastalayo-an American territory in the southern Caribbean-for his next assignment. With the help of his new unit and an old army friend, Sergeant Miller teams up with island detectives to unravel the web of lies, jealousy, and greed.
