Great crochet resource

I really love this book and am so happy I decided upon it. The variety of crochet edges is vast and varied. They are photographed in full color and close up. Most include the written pattern by row/round as well as a chart. I excel in written pattern reading but I am not highly skilled in reading charts. I have used two of the patterns for borders so far and I am finding that it is helping me learn how to read charts effectively. I am intermediate in my crochet skills and can achieve success in advanced patterns by taking my time. I still recommend this book to anyone for everything from a beginner first-time scarf to an advanced fancy afghan by a 20-year crocheter. A great resource at your fingertips for when you know the direction you want to go with a border but don’t know exactly what pattern to use. So many choices, I had to narrow it down to the one that I used on both of my projects.
