Anxie the Hedgehog aims to give children (and their adults ) some valuable tools, wrapped up in an adventure story, to help them recognise and tame their anxiety.

The hero of this tale is Andy, an ordinary young hedgehog, living a happy and carefree life in the meadow of Aterra. One day, his home is invaded by a gaggle of envious geese, forcing Andy, his family and his friends to seek shelter in a long-lost underground fortress.

Andy goes through some tough times and starts to struggle with anxiety. Then, through a chance meeting with a fairy and a kind doctor, he learns some practical tools (with a sprinkle of fairy magic) that help him to be stronger and look after himself and his friends.
