S. BEMER IS NOT CORRECT!

S. Bemer is in error. This fine mystery was written by J. Madison Davis. He lives! He is a professor in the College of Journalism and Mass Communication at the University of Oklahoma. He is the senior professor in the outstanding Professional Writing Program started in the late 1930s by the late Walter Campbell. Davis writes mysteries, and this is his latest, a fine piece of writing that moves like lighting and holds the reader's attention.

nice to see hitch back in style!

a fun mystery--like hitch himself would have done in his later years--the director as Nero Wolfe...well done!
