They were written during my recovery from amassive brain hemorrhage which I suffered thirteen years ago. Itrepresents my journey back to wellness from a place of near death.I was barely awake and weak as a newborn. I didn't even know where Ishould begin. Then slowly but surely my life got better with the help ofmy wife Dorothy and our darling daughter Simone. These days Dorothy'sstill the life of the party and Simone's still busy being 19 years old.And that's the reason I'm still ticking. And that's also the reason I'vewritten this book.
