This is ONE of the 2 books that I bought for Home Remedies from everyday items. This book is very helpful in everyday cures, BUT DOES NOT REPLACES SEEING A DOCTOR. I found it VERY USEFUL , you now can see what you are putting on your body. I mostly bought it because I will be having a LITTLE ONE in OUR HOME , so I want to make sure that there will not be any side effects from over counter Meds.
