After a not so good experience in 2013 with an organization with which we (the Friends of the Library - St Charles City-County Library District) had been dealing to pick up the remnants of our annual Book Fair, we contacted Thrift Books/Silver Arch Books. From the earliest contact we have been impressed with the cooperative attitude and response that we have received. As an example, when we requested a variance in the date of pickup in order to accommodate the facility in which our Fair was held, they were very cooperative in arranging the transportation, and we were contacted by a member of their Logistics team (on a Sunday!) to ensure that all was going well.
