Get rid of wheat belly

Dr Davis wrote this book to expose the secret of wheat, the most based ingredients in our daily consumed food. It is wheat in name but not the same plant our ancestors relied to sustain life because of GMO. It results in our modern diseases of inflammation, weight gain, diabetes, and other illness. Then it ends up hospital bill, pain and suffering and even death. This is why WHO rated American health status number 37 even with the best healthcare. This book offers good advice in find the path back to a healthy productive life to out-live Social Security. Good job Dr. Davis for alerting Americans and advising all of us to get out the wheat trap for a healthy life to enjoy the world!
