Brilliant

The Toyota Way is a great introduction into Toyota and lean manufacturing. This book builds on top of that but instead of simple going over pull vs push inventory and the like from a theoretical standpoint actually gives reasons and examples of why companies are failing to implement lean. This is because these companies truly don't know the real methods and thinking behind lean and instead try to implement it at face value.
