This book deserves 10 stars!

I am in love with this book at first glance! When I touched it, I knew I was going to buy it regardless of a price. The cover is so nice to a touch, not glossy but sleek. Such as a kind of surface should be dirt-resistant I believe. White and baby yellow is so elegant and unisex. The book inside was amazing! I love Beatrix Potter's drawings! Very pretty in pastel baby colors. I am happy that this beautiful book has inside everything I want to remember about my baby (standard set of details:weight, height, first tooth, ..) and a plenty of space to write my memories and put some cute baby's pictures. Very satisfied!

Works for adoption baby book, too

My husband and I are adopting a baby who is due in three weeks. It is an open adoption, so we've been to some of the doctor appointments including a sonogram and we will be there when he is born. I was happy to find this book since it doesn't have a page on first kick, etc. during the pregnancy. We'll be able to fill this book out completely. There are even good spots where we can talk about the adoption can about, etc.

Great book to have and grow with your little one.

Just like any other Peter Rabbit book, this one lives up to its name. Bought it a gift for friends and they've all enjoyed its full use.

Lots of rooms for thoughts and photos

I looked around at a lot of baby journals before finally choosing this one for my firstborn son. I liked that it was sweetly childlike, the way Beatrix Potter tends to be, but not cartooney and not too frilly or feminine. There's plenty of room to paste photos from page to page (unlike others I've seen) and a pocket in the back, where I've stored his hospital tags and other mementoes that didn't fit on a page.

Excellent First Year Book!

I bought it for my daughter's baby and found it helpful, with lovely drawings, with all the necessary things for a mother-to-be. She can write whatever she wants before her baby is born, keep details she will soon forget, keep unforgettable memories. Excellent idea!
