Beautiful

These meditations are beautiful as they are spirtual. Each meditation has a powerful message along with Sylvia's voice makes it an excellent expirence. Highly reccomended!

do something good for yourself

im not too big on meditatoin, but id like to be. i chose this book as my introductory unit for relaxation and meditation and so far its worked splendidly. each week, on monday nights, i light candles and read an exceprt from the book. its calming and slowly im starting to feel it work into the rest of my life. a little bit of sylvia every day is a good thing! i also recommend sylvia's book, "Prayers", as it makes a great ending to her meditations. :)

I have read many of her books before and enjoyed the meditations in them. These are even more beautiful and descriptive. Also, the artwork is amazing. Highly recommended!

These meditations are wonderful in and of themselves. If you read Sylvia Browne's other books an Encounter with a Prophet and Conversations with God these meditations take on even more powerful meaning.

These are the best meditations.

I have read alot of meditations from alot of psychics but no one comes as close to Sylvias. These meditations are really spiritual.
