I love this cookbook!

Years ago I learned how to cook vegetarian meals with Mollie Katzen’s Moosewood. Recently we decided to become vegetarians again, and The Heart of the Plate has provided many delicious recipes. Mollie has pared down a lot of the cheese she used, and the plant based food is not only yummy but good for us.
