Internet dummies series

This is an excellent book for some one like me who is computer illiterate. I highly recommend this for understanding and finding out how your computer and its programs work.

Great for Beginners

My husband is a computer/internet newcomer. He read most chapters and is using it as a reference. The book reinforced the security issues surrounding some websites and popups. Great book for folks that are unfamiliar with the web.

I Didn't Know A Thing About The Net Before This...

...and now I surf the wide world web like a hangin' ten, cowabunga yelling tide tamer. This tells you how to get from a idea to the very article you're searching for as well as defining what those dot com or dot org or dot gov slash dot htmls mean.
