Lovely addition to your Christmas traditions.

Beautifully written overview of the biblical events leading up to the birth of Christ, placed in the context of Advent, and preparing the heart for the arrival of the Messiah.

Lovely

This is a beautifully displayed book so if you value that sort of thing you would not be disappointed. The writing is simple and accessible but has some depth too. There are questions for reflection at the end of each day, some of which are better than others. I would recommend it for a women's group to discuss as they gather. It comes across as very "girly" so I would think twice about recommending it to some men.
