False advertising

The book I received was supposed to be in "good" condition but the binding is completely loose from the papers. Excellent book but very disappointed with the quality as this is fair condition.

Not in like new condition

The inside of the book is in great shape but the cover front and back is covered in mildew.

Not What I Ordered

I ordered a Complete Works in good condition, and received a badly worn Cymbeline.

Received wrong book

I didnt receive the correct book. The book I did receive was in great shape, it was just simply one tale rather than the complete works, but I contacted customer service and they were more than helpful and are sending me the correct book, so I'm definitely satisfied with my purchase.
