This book is awesome! I love that there are healthy and delicious menus every day, for thirty days - and there are also vegetarian and on-the-go options so you can switch out menus any time you like. And while you're following the menus, you can follow Marilu's wonderful tips on anything from organizing your home - to your life! Marilu has fun beauty secrets that she shares each day, motivational tips, and lots of great exercise information. She even helps us "fake it 'til we make it." There's a great online support website at Marilu.com, and I found this to be most helpful in finding others who wanted a healthier lifestyle. There are online support classes every month, as well. Thanks Marilu for a great book that truly changed my life!

Some people just don't get it. This book is not just about dieting, but improving your life and living healthy. Like Marilu said "Everything is connected to Everything". I never believed in this theory, but after reading the book.. I have definitely changed my mind. All I have to say is that this book has definitely made a difference in my life. I am much more organized now. I hear people complaining that who needs a lesson in how to organize your closet. Well, seems like I surely did. And for those who don't like the food.. hey you don't have to follow the program to the T. Listen to your body and see what's best for you. I made some changes since I don't like fish that much.. and it works.Thank you Marilu..

THE BEST DIET...EVER!

I love this book so much. I have been on Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, Nutri something or another. I have received B shots, been on the ATkins (which I did lose weight**but soon developed 'Hoof in Mouth' YEEEUKKK!) I feel so balanced with this program. I think because I was a vegeatarian years ago, the plan fit me; however, don't let that premise scare you away, because this diet does help you purify your system. I did breathe better, and got rid of that awful taste in my mouth left over from the Atkins diet. Most people start feeling good on a diet and suddenly turn back to food out of excitement. Just accept that you look and feel good then try and find other ways to reward your success. I think the bad reviews given your other book was unfair too.
