Great Book--A must have for all slow cooker users!

This book has a lot of great, easy to make recipes with "normal" ingredients. Since my husband arrives home anywhere from 6:00 to 8:00 at night, the slow cooker gives me the flexibility of having dinner ready anytime during that time span. My only complaint is that the binder comes undone on a regular basis which causes the pages to come out. I can put them back in, but it's still an inconvenience. Another book by Gooseberry Patch, Slow-Cooker Recipes Cookbook: Easy to Make Homestyle Meals with Slow Simmered Flavor, is even better than this one. They're both wonderful to have in your collection and make great gifts.

Great Cookbook

I love the gooseberry books-can't have enough of them. Simple directions and easy to make. I own 4 and look forward to getting more.
